LIGHTNING RETURNS FINAL FANTASY XIII PC Save Game & Unlocker

Here you go. A 99,9% savegame. Every sidequest except one has been completed. All Canvas of Prayers quests also completed. That means I have the maximum stats you can get in one playthrough.
This is a NG save. Meaning, if you load it, you can jump straight into New Game+, on Easy/Normal or Hard Mode. I recommend Hard Mode though, because it allows you to upgrade weapons and other stuff.
If you have the CODEX release, the savegame goes into

1. C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Steam\CODEX\345350\remote

Ingame it's saveslot 1, so backup your save if you need/want to

first backup of  orginal files [pl0b.arc and  ep0b.arc]
then copy and replace pl0b.arc and  ep0b.arc

ok now go to the game and choose  jill nemesis costume
or start new game with that
